Cpl recognised again as a Great Place to Work

Cpl is delighted to announce that we have once again been honoured as a Great Place to Work. We ranked in the top 20 in the ‘Large Company’ category which includes companies such as SAP, Vodafone and Salesforce.

The Great Place to Work Ireland awards were held last night in the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road. This is Cpl’s third year taking part in the Great Place to Work initiative, and the third win for the organisation.

Cpl’s CEO Anne Heraty commented on the accolade, remarking "Great Place to Work gives us a clear benchmark in which to address our employees’ suggestions and views about working at Cpl.  I have always advocated that being part of this programme is a journey for us, it gives us direction in addressing the issues that are important to you."

"This award clearly reflects the commitment, drive, innovation and teamwork of everybody at Cpl and I congratulate and thank each and every one of you in helping us to achieve this award."

Great Place to Work published its first list of best workplaces in Ireland in 2003 and the initiative has been expanding ever since, now running in 45 countries around the world. On average, Great Place to Work collaborates with over 5,500 companies, speaking for over 10 million employees. The Great Place to Work believes that trust is the defining characteristic of a truly great workplace. Empowering your employees to make decisions and feel that they have direct impact on the wider missions and goals of the company is something that helps establish a strong and enduring workplace culture. It is the foundation of a truly great place to work.
