About Walsh's Bakehouse

Dermot and Michael Walsh own one of only three bakeries that still bake the Waterford Blaa and Autumn 2017 sees the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the history of Walsh’s Bakehouse.

A sizeable investment in the Walsh’s Bakehouse facility, state of the art ovens and bespoke equipment took the bakery to the next level. The new facility was designed and equipped to the highest industry standards.

The brothers also intend to explore new export markets and consolidate their market position domestically. Uniquely the new bakery allows Walsh’s Bakehouse to develop a food tourism offering.
